Julia S. Meister

Julia Meister is a lifelong North Carolina resident and has lived in the Triangle since the age of three. At Kennon Craver, Julia represents the firm’s local and regional clients in a variety of litigation areas, including commercial, real estate, employment, estate, and appellate litigation. Before joining Kennon Craver, she clerked for the Honorable Valerie Zachary at the North Carolina Court of Appeals.

While earning her undergraduate degree from the UNC Chapel Hill, Julia tutored elementary school students through the volunteer organization HYPE and spent a summer studying abroad in Quito, Ecuador. During her time at UNC Law, she served as an Honors Writing Scholar, a competing member of the Holderness Moot Court Arbitration Team, a staff member on the First Amendment Law Review, and a certified student practitioner in the Domestic & Sexual Violence Clinic.

Julia lives in Durham with her husband and loves hiking on the Eno River Trail.
