Phoebe E. Bulls
Phoebe Bulls advises individuals, families, fiduciaries, and business owners on estate planning, trust and estate administration, and related tax matters. She works closely with clients to understand their goals and to develop thoughtful, comprehensive plans tailored to each client’s personal, family, and financial circumstances.
Phoebe’s practice includes the preparation and implementation of estate planning strategies ranging from wills, trusts, and powers of attorney to more sophisticated planning designed to achieve wealth transfer, asset protection, and business succession objectives. She also counsels clients regarding incapacity planning, aging-related concerns, and planning for beneficiaries with special needs.
In addition to estate planning, Phoebe represents executors, trustees, and beneficiaries throughout the administration of trusts and estates, including probate proceedings, fiduciary matters, trust modifications, and tax reporting. She also enjoys helping clients incorporate charitable objectives into their planning through charitable trusts, donor-advised funds, private foundations, and other planned giving vehicles, and serves as counsel to tax-exempt entities on related matters.
Phoebe values building long-term relationships with her clients and collaborating with their financial advisors, accountants, and other trusted advisors to provide practical, personalized counsel. Her goal is to help clients make informed decisions with confidence in what can often be a complex and evolving legal landscape.
